Joshua Stemle is the managing attorney for the Stokes Stemle Law Firm. He has dedicated his practice to protecting the rights of those wrongly injured and holding those responsible accountable for their actions.
Prior to starting Stokes Stemle, LLC, Joshua was the managing attorney for prominent, national personal injury firm where he managed several offices in Alabama and Mississippi as well as handling a full case load of his own clients in all types of personal injury cases. After several years managing the firm Josh decided to come back home to Montgomery, Alabama to start his pwn law firm so he could focus on helping members of his community fight against insurance companies and those who try to avoid taking responsibility for their actions and the injuries they caused.
Josh also worked as an attorney at McGlinchey Stafford, PLLC, in their Jacksonville and Fort Lauderdale, Florida offices where he was a member of the commercial litigation division. Here he focused mainly on defending large financial institutions and commercial lender and gained extensive litigation experience in complex commercial litigation.
Josh is a graduate of Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama where he served as Vice President of Constitutional Law Society and Secretary of the Federalist Societ whilst also servingon several Student Government Association Committees. He also attended Auburn University where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in 2006.
